Quotations

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide, or on an inspection. If the work needed is significantly different on the day, we will agree any change with you before continuing.

Bookings and payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are confirmed with your quotation. No payments are taken on this website.

Access and preparation

Please make sure we have access to the property, water and electricity at the agreed time, and remove valuables and fragile items from the cleaning areas.

Our re-clean guarantee

If any area within the agreed scope does not meet the standard, tell us and we will return within 24 to 48 hours to fix it at no extra cost.

Limits

Some old or set-in stains, damage, and wear cannot be fully removed. We will tell you honestly before we start. Services outside the agreed scope are charged separately, only with your agreement.

Rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment.
