What areas do you cover?
We are based in Manjai Kunda, Serekunda, and serve Serekunda, Kanifing, Banjul, Bakau, Fajara, Kololi, Bijilo, Brufut, Sukuta, Brusubi, Brikama and the wider Greater Banjul and West Coast Region.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 7 days a week, from 8am to 9pm, including weekends.
How much does cleaning cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the space and the service you need. Send photos on WhatsApp and we will give you a clear quote before any work starts.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. We bring professional cleaning equipment and the agreed products to every job.
What if I am not happy with the cleaning?
Tell us. We will come back within 24 to 48 hours to fix any area at no extra cost.
Do you clean offices and commercial buildings?
Yes. We clean offices, banks, NGOs, hotels, schools, shops and new buildings, on a one-off or contract basis.

Do you provide one-time deep cleaning?
Yes. We provide one-time deep cleaning for homes, apartments, offices and other properties.
Do you offer regular or scheduled cleaning?
Yes: weekly, every two weeks, monthly and long-term contracts, subject to availability and scope.
Do you provide post-construction cleaning?
Yes. We remove construction dust, paint splashes and residue from new and renovated properties.
Do you clean sofas, mattresses and upholstered furniture?
Yes, using professional extraction equipment and methods suited to the fabric and its condition.
Do you inspect properties before giving a quotation?
For large properties, commercial facilities, heavily soiled spaces and post-construction projects, we may inspect first so the quote is accurate.
How long does a cleaning job take?
A typical home takes 4 cleaners about 5 to 6 hours. We give you an estimated timeframe with your quote.
Do I need to be present while your team cleans?
Not necessarily. You can arrange access and instructions with us in advance.
Are your cleaning technicians trained?
Yes. We focus on professional conduct, the right techniques, safe equipment handling and attention to detail.
Do you offer fumigation and pest control?
Yes. Treatment is agreed in advance, with clear safety instructions.
What information do you need for a quote?
Your location, the type of property, the number of rooms, the type of cleaning, photos or videos if possible, and your preferred date.
What if I need extra services during the cleaning?
Tell our team. Any change in scope and cost is agreed with you before the extra work starts.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. You agree the price and scope before we start. Transport for distant locations is included in your quote if it applies.
Do you clean large commercial buildings?
Yes. We assess each project and plan the personnel, equipment and schedule needed.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We work mainly online and on WhatsApp, and our team comes to you. If you would like to meet in person, we can meet you in Manjai Kunda, Serekunda, by appointment. Please message us first to arrange a time.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are agreed with your quote. We do not take payments on this website.
